Our most comprehensive service. We design your outdoor kitchen, fabricate the steel frame in our shop, and complete the full installation on site — from cladding to countertop to appliance hookup.

What's Included
Everything From Design to Done
The Professional Series is a complete turnkey service. You collaborate with us on the design — we handle every stage of the build.

Custom Design
We design your outdoor kitchen around your space, cooking style, and budget. Layout, appliance selection, cladding material, countertop — all tailored to you before a single cut is made.

Shop-Fabricated Steel Frame
Your structural frame is fully welded from galvanized steel in our fabrication shop — not assembled on site. Precision-built to your exact dimensions, then delivered and set in place. Faced with magnesium oxide board ready for cladding.

Cladding & Finish
We supply and install your exterior finish: natural stone, porcelain tile or large format panels, cedar, or Ipe hardwood. The magnesium oxide board substrate accepts all of these without compromise.

Countertop Installation
We supply and install your countertop. We recommend ultra-compact surfaces (Dekton, Neolith) for Ontario's climate — no sealing required, frost and heat resistant. Granite and porcelain slab also available.

Equipment Supply & Install
We supply and install grills, side burners, refrigeration, sinks, pizza ovens, and accessories from our full brand lineup. Bringing your own equipment or a brand we don't carry? We install that too — see below.

Utility Connections
Gas line connection, electrical rough-in and final connection, plumbing for sink and wet bar. We coordinate with licensed trades or work alongside your existing contractors.
Bringing Your Own Equipment?
We carry Lynx, Hestan, Twin Eagles, Delta Heat, EVO, Aspire, Sedona, and Fontana — but we're happy to install equipment from any manufacturer. If you have a preferred brand or an existing appliance you want to incorporate, just let us know at the design stage and we'll build the frame openings to suit.
Finish Options
Cladding That Lasts in Ontario's Climate
Our magnesium oxide board substrate is more dimensionally stable and moisture resistant than traditional cement board — it accepts all of the following finishes without issues through Canadian freeze-thaw cycles.
Natural Stone
Fieldstone, limestone, granite veneer — the premium look. Frost resistant and incredibly durable. Any mason can apply to our MgO board base.
Porcelain Tile & Large Format Panels
Standard porcelain tile or large format porcelain panels used as exterior cladding. UV stable, frost resistant, available in a wide range of colours and formats.
Cladding use only
Cedar
Horizontal cedar slat cladding for a warm, natural look. Naturally rot resistant — applied horizontally over MgO board.
Ipe Hardwood
A premium hardwood cladding known for exceptional density and weather resistance. Applied horizontally. Develops a silver-grey patina over time or can be oiled to maintain its rich tone.

Partial Build Option
Not every client needs the full Professional Series package. We can supply the shop-fabricated frame only, or complete any combination of build stages — frame + cladding, frame + countertop, or any other split that works for your project and budget. This is also covered in our DIY Series page.

Frame is precision-fabricated in our shop to your exact specs.

Installation
Frame is delivered and set. Cladding, countertop, and appliances installed on site.

Handover
Full walkthrough, appliance demo, and you're cooking.
