Hybrid Build Service
DIY Series —
Our Frame, Your Finish
We fabricate the structural steel frame in our shop and deliver it to your site. Your contractor completes the cladding, countertop, and finishing work. All the structural precision of our Professional Series — at a lower overall cost.

How It Works
What We Do, What Your Contractor Does
The DIY Series splits the build between our shop and your trades — you get a precision-built structural frame that any competent contractor can finish.
We Handle
01
Custom Design & Layout
We design the kitchen around your space, appliance selection, and cladding plans. All appliance openings are built to fit your specific equipment specifications.
02
Shop-Fabricated Steel Frame
Galvanized steel frame fully welded in our fabrication shop — not assembled on site. Faced with magnesium oxide board, primed and ready for your contractor to clad.
03
Equipment Supply & Install
We can supply and install the grills, burners, refrigeration, and accessories — or you can have your own contractor handle equipment installation if preferred.
04
Delivery & Placement
We deliver the completed frame to your site and set it in its final position, ready for your contractor to begin finishing work.
Your Contractor Handles
Cladding & Exterior Finish
Natural stone, porcelain tile, cedar, or Ipe hardwood — applied directly to the MgO board substrate. Any licensed mason or tile contractor can complete this stage.
Countertop Fabrication & Install
Your countertop contractor measures the finished frame and fabricates and installs the surface. Dekton, Neolith, granite, and porcelain slab all work well.
Utility Connections
Gas, electrical, and plumbing rough-in and final connections by your licensed trades. We provide all necessary specifications and clearances at the design stage.

Good to Know
When the DIY Series Makes Sense
You Already Have a Contractor
If you have a mason, tile contractor, or general contractor you already work with and trust — the DIY Series lets them do what they do best while we handle the structural fabrication. We're happy to speak with your contractor directly to walk them through the frame specifications.
Budget Flexibility
Splitting the work between our shop and your trades often reduces overall project cost — particularly if you have access to competitive finishing trade rates. The frame is the critical piece; finishing work is straightforward for any experienced contractor.
Frame Only Option
We can also supply the frame only — with no equipment supply or installation from us at all. This is the starting point for homeowners and contractors who want to handle everything from the frame delivery forward. Contact us to discuss your specific scope.
Build to Fit
Every frame is built to fit your appliances precisely. We take your equipment specifications at the design stage and fabricate the openings to the manufacturer's exact cutout dimensions. No on-site cutting or adjusting required.
